Top priority has been accorded to the Rain -Water Harvesting, Storing them, Reuse: also been intended for improving the water table of the area, in which the Mill is situated.

The company had made arrangements to collect the rain water that falls over the entire Building Roof Top of about Two Lakhs plus square feet. This is being collected, stored in the 8 lakhs liter capacity of large sump like tank with adequate structure to store them hygienically. Additional water tank/sump with 2 Lakhs litre capacity is also in use for water conservation. Further, Water sewage treatment plant had been put up to treat the water for use for plants and trees spread out in the entire Mills complex of about 30 acres.

All the water used in the Mills for consumption are RO Treated. 75% of the Mill complex are covered naturally by having trees & plants for Green cover. The company is concentrating and tapping on renewable energy resources also. 35% of the Mills Power requirement is met from Renewable sources.

The women workforce have been given adequate hygienic and safe living place. Every person is given personal hygiene products on a monthly basis in order to improve their standard of living. Air conditioned rest place is also provided to the needy person to get out of the fatigue at times of need. Besides this, on the job skill training, life style and motivational classes are taken in-house out side the work spot, for making them live a better life and helping them to balance between work life and personal life. There will be one session in every 21 days for each person.
