Training is a continuous process in the Mill, covering all the workforce under a pre planned program. Training Teachers are available for providing on the job concurrent training, based on the performance and working level of the persons. Further the buyers expectations and need for keeping pace with the changing scenario are tutored from the bottom level workforce upwards, to build/ensure the product quality.
